Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations:

1.a. We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

2. Free Shipping:

2.a. Free Shipping for orders over AU$ 100.

3. Order Tracking:

3.a. Upon order fulfillment, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.

3.b. Track your order in real-time through our designated shipping provider's portal. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update - please contact us if you are unable to track your order.

4. Returns:

4.a. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

4.c. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

4.d. Returned items must be unused, be in their original condition and free from any signs of wear or damage and include tags and packaging.

4.e. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned items. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4.f. We do not currently offer exchanges for change-of-minds. Please choose your size and colour carefully. If you require a different size or style, please place a new order.
